Gotta tell ya, I've seen several videos this morning showing how to do this, and there was one key move you did that sealed the deal for me: putting the finger all the way through the loop, and then showing, with finger still in the loop, how to feed the other end of the bowtie in.

It is hard to critique Mr. Flores due to his boxing history & total commitment to the sport. I hope he can smooth out his vocal presentation as an announcer. He seems to overdo his diction. I can deal with his announcing now that I know how much he has given to the sport. He is hard to listen to.

What is the best methodology for 8oz gloves? I really prefer 8oz even though I have 10, 14, 16 even 18oz. I just like throwing in 8's. But trying to add ANYTHING makes for too tight of a fit.
